Contacting Cody
Call, text, and email links open the service on your device. There is no contact-submission form, account-registration form, or collection of financial documents on this website. Messages you send are handled by your chosen communication service and the applicable brokerage systems.
Hosting and private review
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process technical request information. The private preview uses Cloudflare Access to authenticate its permitted reviewer. This page does not describe or control Cloudflare’s own processing.
Website measurement
On the approved public site, first-party measurement records daily aggregate counts of page views and call, text, or email button clicks. It uses only a known page path, an action, and a broad source category such as ChatGPT, Google, Bing, Redfin, direct, or other. It does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, raw referring URLs, search queries, or individual identifiers in the measurement database. A button click is not a confirmed inquiry or a client.
A broad referral category may be kept in browser session storage for the current browsing session. Measurement is skipped when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or when you choose the opt-out below. The site contains no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Aggregate rows older than 90 days are removed during subsequent measurement processing; request security logs are handled separately by the host. Measurement is disabled in private preview.

Redfin, OffersWithCody, official agencies, and other linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Following a link does not submit a contact request on this website.

Production figures identify their source and reporting period. Guides are educational and do not establish the condition or legal status of a specific property. Contact Cody to report an error, request an accessible version, or ask about these practices.
